Sweet Creed 10 Favourite Ingredients

You never know where they might appear !boom! without warning, unless specifically told otherwise.

Ginger, ginger, ginger!!!!!!! Seriously, ginger.
Chocolate
Coconut
Almonds
Cinnamon
Lemon and Lime
Coconut Flour

Unprocessed apple cider vinegar – This is my vinegar of choice as it’s got so many benefits; a tablespoon a day is said to regulate the colon (I know this for a fact from personal experience), reduce cholesterol and reduce the risk of cancer. It’s got great hair/skin benefits too when applied topically but that’s for another blog. Mainly used when a recipe needs an acid to activate the bicarbonate of soda/baking soda and get that nice, aerated texture in a cake.

Peppers/Chili – I am well aware that my love of pepper is currently at insanity levels, interventions are held daily to no avail. But don’t worry, I try to make it just a hint unless told otherwise (from no peppers at all to insanity levels and everywhere in-between). Of course this only applies to the savoury treats. Though did you know peppers and chocolate are amazing together? Or is that just me? Actually, no, I don’t think so, look here.

Onions – Again, just for the ‘savouries’.
